Our Monthly Skills Training Sessions are the perfect way for young athletes to build confidence, make new friends, and grow their love for the game in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Designed for girls ages 8–11, these sessions focus on teaching the core fundamentals of basketball—while also promoting teamwork, discipline, and a positive mindset. Whether your child is just getting started or looking to strengthen her foundation, this is where the journey begins.
What to Expect:
Fun, high-energy team drills
Ball handling, shooting, and footwork basics
Intro to game concepts and spacing
Confidence-building challenges and group activities
Encouragement, mentorship, and connection with peers
Led by experienced coaches who create a welcoming and structured atmosphere, each session helps players improve their skills while building friendships that extend beyond the court.
Who Can Attend:
Girls ages 8–12 – All skill levels welcome.
