Our Lady Blue Devils took it outside this summer, grinding through skills work at Joe Henderson Park. From ball-handling to shooting to defensive footwork, the focus was on sharpening fundamentals and building confidence.

This session was also the first chance to welcome some of our newcomers into the family. It was great to see them blend right in with our returning players—bringing fresh energy, hustle, and a shared commitment to getting better.

Workouts like these set the tone for the season ahead. The chemistry, the camaraderie, and the competitive drive are already showing, and we’re excited about what’s to come.
