The Lady Blue Devils went to war this game and left everything on the court. Undersized but never underclassed, these girls proved once again that heart outweighs height.

Leila had an all-around strong game, coming up big down the stretch with key layups that kept us in it. Jo Jo and Ivy were tough on Defense and knocked down free throws. And with just seconds left, Harmony made the defensive play of the night—stealing the ball and racing to the hoop. Her layup was smooth, the finish was there... but it came just half a second after the buzzer.

Final score: a narrow loss, but the kind of game that builds champions. Heads high. We’re coming.
