The Benicia Lady Blue Devils AAU Basketball program is a proud nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to developing young athletes through a culture of excellence, passion, and growth. We combine high-level training with the love of the game to create a positive, supportive environment where players can reach their full potential. Our goal is to instill a strong work ethic while ensuring every athlete enjoys a meaningful and fulfilling experience on and off the court.

  • 🏀 Spring 2026 AAU Season – Competitive D1 & D2 Pathways

    The Benicia Lady Blue Devils are excited to welcome both returning and new athletes for our Spring 2026 AAU Season. Teams will be formed based on skill level and age group, allowing athletes to compete at either the Division I (D1) or Division II (D2) level to ensure the right developmental and competitive fit.

    Season Details

    Dates: March 1 – July 18th, 2026
    Cost: $1000
    (Includes tournament fees, gym rentals, and essential training)

    What’s Included

    ✅ Two team practices per week (1.5 hours each)
    ✅ Participation in weekend tournaments
    ✅ Experienced coaching staff with collegiate and professional backgrounds
    ✅ Water bottle, and team bag provided

    Training Emphasis

    Our practices focus on:

    • Ball handling, passing, and shooting fundamentals

    • Team offense, spacing, and on-court communication

    • Defensive positioning, footwork, and intensity

    • Game awareness and decision-making through live scenarios

    • Confidence-building within a competitive, team-first environment

    Additional Requirements

    • Team Game Jersey: $100 (purchased separately via our official store)

    • Jersey Numbers: Subject to coaching staff approval

MONTHLY TRAINING SESSIONS

  • Monthly Skills Training – Spring 2026

    Looking to sharpen your skills without committing to the full AAU season? Our Monthly Skills Training sessions are designed to help players grow in a focused, team-style environment.

    Cost: $100/month per month
    Who It’s For: Girls ages 7–13 (All skill levels welcome)

    What’s Included: ✅ Two 90-minute training sessions per week
    ✅ High-energy, fundamentals-based instruction
    ✅ Focus on ball handling, shooting, footwork, and decision-making
    ✅ Team-style setting that builds confidence and friendships

    ✅ Free Water Bottle

    Led by experienced coaches in a supportive atmosphere, these sessions are perfect for players who want to stay sharp, learn the game, and prepare for future competition.

Girls open gym - Ages (8-13)

  • 20 minutes of focused skill instruction (ball handling, passing, shooting, and footwork)

    40 minutes of free play and live game situations, giving players the chance to apply what they’ve learned in real-time and develop basketball instincts through guided competition.
